With over 2 decades of experience in digital consultancies like ThoughtWorks, and Telstra Purple, & most recently Mike Biggs Innovation, he has led countless organisations through transformation and course corrections. He's not your typical consultant, though - his approach is inspired by philosophy and jazz, and he values individuality and sense-making over leadership dogma. In 2016, Mike graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, adding a unique perspective to his expertise in innovation and digital transformation. From organisational strategy to personal development, Mike's outcomes for organisations are wide-ranging, and his capability development programs have helped businesses take their first steps to becoming leaders in their fields.
