Programme Breakdown
Setting Your Future Goals
Weeks 1-3
We’ll start by helping you figure out who you want to be in your career using the CAR & PSTAR models, thinking about both your work and personal life. This part is all about identifying the kind of work that inspires you and the skills you want to develop. We’ll also look at which type of organisation would be the best fit for your ambitions.
Building Your Personal Brand
Weeks 4-7
Using what we’ve mapped out in weeks 1-4, we’ll work on shaping your personal brand. This is about highlighting the skills that matter most and working out how to fill any gaps. We’ll also put together a plan to make your existing abilities more visible, for your current and future roles.
Putting The Plan Into Action
Weeks 8-9
We will implement action to build your skills and visibility as well as how to interview. I’ll also introduce you to my network for relevant opportunities. By now, you'll be in a strong position to expand and dominate your current role or to make your next career move. This phase is about being fully prepared to step into a new role when the right opportunity presents itself.
Logistics
1x Weekly Zoom Call (1 hour): Regular catch-ups to keep you on track and offer personalised support.
Practical Exercises: Tasks to help you put what we’ve discussed into action.
Monthly Face-to-Face (If Possible): A chance to meet in person to dive deeper into your progress.
Ongoing Support: You can text me via WhatsApp/Slack if you have questions or need to clarify something small. I’ll also be in touch with tips, ideas, and advice between sessions as things come up.
Resources & Tasks: Tasks are agreed and are to be completed in between sessions. Not homework per se, but to help you reach your goal.
