Product Guild

Expert-led sessions to strengthen
product thinking, operational
execution, and growth as an individual

Overview

If you work in product management, delivery, or experience design and are looking for sharper thinking, better decisions, and support with challenges that don’t come with instructions, you’re in the right place.

The Product Guild is an invite-only space for experienced professionals who want to improve their work and apply product thinking with more clarity and intent. Whether you're navigating strategy, delivery, design maturity, or team alignment, the Guild offers structure to help you move forward with confidence.

You’ll join fortnightly Zoom sessions led by a senior product expert focused on real problems brought by members. Sessions cover topics shaped by the group - from product-market fit to internal tooling - and are designed to provide insight, perspective, and practical tools you can apply directly in your role.

Alongside the sessions, you’ll have access to expert guidance and ongoing connections with others working through similar complexity. The Guild is collaborative but focused; supportive but structured. It’s a space to refine your practice, expand your judgement, and build better product outcomes.

  • There is no requirement to present or prepare unless you choose to. Some members bring a new idea, a deck, or a problem they want to work through, while others prefer to listen and contribute to the conversation. Sessions are designed to accommodate different levels of participation without pressure.
